Andrew began his journey with me in June 2022. At 131kg, with a son of just a few months old, Andrew recognized that he needed to lose weight to be the active dad and helpful husband he wanted to be.
He lost an incredible 33kgs of fat in 7 months while gaining muscle and strength, seeing his bench press skyrocket from 50kg to 100kg.
We followed this fat loss phase with a muscle and strength program-specific program which has seen further impressive physical feats accomplished.
Andrew has already committed for 2024, and we have begun another fat loss phase to continue his inspirational transformation.

FAQS

Where gym do we use?I am currently based at BCP gym at Westwood Cross, Thanet. BCP is a small, family-run gym with a low-capped membership and a great range of quality training equipment.

Do I need to bring anything with me?Please bring water and any equipment you many need, lifting belt, straps, sleeves etc.

What can I expect from a PT session?I am not there to beast you (unless that is what you want). I instruct safe and effective exercise technique to maximise results and reduce the risk of injury. You will feel muscles working you never thought you had with slight alterations of your current technique and get so much more from your training in the long run.

Do you do home visits?I do home visits yes. If you have a home gym or sufficient equipment I am happy to come and train you from home.

Do I need a gym membership?No membership is required to train with me at BCP. I cover the cost of your gym entry for the session.

How do I book a session?Book on my website or get in-touch and I will get you booked in.

What qualifications do you have?I have level 3 Personal training and level 2 fitness instructing. I am also a medical level trained first aider and a professional life coach.

Do I need to be local?No, you could live on the other side of the world and I can help you transform your body. Online coaching is fully remote and no "in-person" contact is required.

How long does it take for me to receive my program?All programs are built from scratch and care is taken with their design. I ask for up to 7 days to fully build out your program.

How do we communicate?WhatsApp is where we regularly communicate. You may also schedule free coaching calls. I send you a video each week during the check-in process to provide you with feedback to help keep you on track towards your goals.

Do you guarantee results?Yes, I guarantee your results. I have no doubt in my mind that you will get amazing results if you follow the program and work with me to achieve your goals. If you aren't satisfied with your results after 12 weeks, I will continue to work with you for free!

How long are your online coaching programs?12 weeks is the minimum term but you can stay with me for as long as you like. Some of my clients have been with me since day one.

How do you check in with me each week?I check in with you by recording you a personal loom video, discussing the data I have received from you regarding your progress that week. This video is typically 5-10 minutes long and will be sent to you via WhatsApp to watch at your convenience.

Is online coaching on an app or something else?Your program is delivered on Google Sheets. You also have access to a members area on my website, a private group chat with other like-minded individuals and of course access to me via WhatsApp. I have tested many apps and I can't deliver the high level of service I offer via an app.

Who is online coaching for?Over the years, I have helped dozens of people, of all ages, circumstances, experience levels, shapes and sizes to get in shape and stay in shape. More specifically, I help people lose fat, and gain muscle and strength by sharing my knowledge and experience to create an enjoyable and sustainable improved lifestyle. If that sounds good, then online coaching is for you.

What happens once I get in touch?Once you enquire, we will book in your free initial consultation to discuss your goals in more detail and allow us to get to know each other better. During this time I will begin to gather the information I need create your custom program.
